Maria L. Perryman, Founder and CEO of MLP Professional Education & Development, LLC, is a retired educator with over 31 years of experience in the Chicago Public School System. Throughout her career, she served in roles such as classroom teacher, schoolwide literacy coach, Citywide Reading Coach, and Assistant Principal, bringing a wealth of expertise to her work. Maria holds an undergraduate degree in Health & Safety Education and two master’s degrees in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Reading, as well as Educational Leadership. She is also National Board Certified, a Teaching Channel Laureate, and an America Achieves Fellow.

Certified in the Soulfully Aligned Christian Coaching Method, Maria combines her extensive background in education with her passion for coaching and mentoring women. Her mission is to create opportunities for women to improve their lives personally, financially, physically, and spiritually. A wife, mother, grandmother, and spiritual guide to women in Zambia, Maria also engages in international mission work and is a published author. Through her leadership at MLP Professional Education & Development, LLC, Maria continues to empower women to pursue their goals, embrace entrepreneurship, grow spiritually, and achieve meaningful transformations.
